Can a discount code be applied to a package?

Hello i have a question...i already booked a package for the contemporary and was wondering if a room only discount can be applied to the package?

Do you have a discounted package of some kind? Free dining? Because you can't stack discounts.

If not, you could cancel the package and book room-only and then you can just buy tickets.

If you want dining though, paid or free, it has to be a package with tickets. And free dining requires paying rack rate for the room and buying minimum tickets as well.

It never hurts to call and ask. I have booked room only and added tickets and used a discount, but I never get a dining plan. Good luck!

If there is still availability at your resort for a discounted room, the CM should be able to apply the discount code to your package. No need to cancel and rebook anything. Room only discounts can be applied to any package as long as there is still availability under the promotion at your resort. You cannot, however, try to use a package discount on a room only reservation by simply trying to add tickets to the exsisting reservation. In that situation, you must cancel and completely rebook. Hope that makes sense.

Yes, if a room discount comes up you can have it applied to your package- but as mentioned, if you have free dining, you'd have to decide which is the best rate for you, free dining or room discount. We've applied a room discount to pkgs, and paid for the DDP.

Since you are staying at the Contemporary I would cancel the package deal you reserved and switch to the room only discount because they are a better deal for the Deluxe Resorts. Now that's assuming the room category you wanted is still available with the room only discount.
