Can a beer in Epcot be a snack??

If a beer were allowed I know where every one of my snack credits would go.
But I guess I be getting the basic snacks.
I'll pay OOP for my beer every night at Germany watching the fireworks.
Can't wait POP in 17 days.

That's right, every night we go to Epcot we tend to relax and take in the fireworks with a cold one from a few different countries.
