Can 2QS = 1TS?

I'm on the DDP and just wondering if I can use 2 QS meals to = 1 TS? If so, how is this done? Do I just tell the wait staff when we get our bill that we are using the 2 remaining qs meals to pay?

I know that they just made some changes to the dining plan so that may be possible but I would check with the restaurant staff before ordering to make sure that it is allowed. I find that when programs change there are some "growing pains" involved where not all cast members are up to speed on the new changes. Better safe than sorry. Cheers!!!!!

You can trade down. So you can use a TS credit for a QS meal (after all QS credits are gone), and a QS credit for 3 snacks at select locations, but you cannot trade up at all.

Darn....oh well, wishful thinking. Now I need to find a good QS option for either Boardwalk area, DTD or one of the monorail resorts for dinner...hmmmm

DTD has some great QS places. BW, sadly, is very lacking in that area, IMHO. they have the BW Bakery and a pizza window. Doable if your primary goal is to hang out at the BW

DTD has Wolfgang Pucks, TS quality and they bring the food out to you. Indoor and outside seating too!

For the BW area, I really liked the Boardwalk Bakery. They had some outstanding dessert selections! Over at DTD, I really like Earl of Sandwich and Cooke's of Dublin.

I've done a little reseach and I've figured out places that I'd like to try depending on what we decide to do that first night...yay!
If we stay in the BW area then I'm going to try Boardwalk Bakery, DTD Wolfgang Puck Express and monorail resorts then Capt Cook (although I have to say I'm disappointed if it's true that only Poly resort guests can use the beach at the Poly...very sad). If we decide to go to the Wilderness Lodge, then I will just eat dinner at POP and head over to WL afterwards for bon fire with Chip n Dale. So many things to do...so little time!

Agree 100%. We feel this is the best QS in all of WDW (and we've eaten at a lot of them.)

We were just talking about that earlier, being able to trade 2 QS's for a table service would be amazing. (although if this were a thing it could create a chain reaction to make getting certain reservations even more impossible to get.)

Although, I'd even consider swapping out 3 of them if I wanted just one more TS somehwere. (but only one =P)
