My girlfriend and I are reaching the 180 day mark on Tuesday for ADR's. Since we live 3 hours away from each other, we were thinking about both being signed in on my account and splitting up our restaurants to get it done more quickly. Is it possible for both of us to be signed in at same time to do this or will only one person be able to make ADR's at one time?

i did all of ours on Friday a total of 11 meals booked and it only took me 1/2 hour. no problem with getting s choice of times either, availablity was good for everything I searched for.

I don't think the system would let you split as you will need your booking ref to attach your meals to.

I would think, if you both have seperate log-ins, that you could :confused3

I think the single log-in might give you problems.

Honestly - I don't know why people seem to fret so much at the 180 day mark. Maybe for Christmas time, or for the "I must have Cindarella's Table" I could understand. We are going in a pretty busy part of the summer, booked at 90 days out, and have been making and changing reservations almost daily as our plans develop. There's really no need to rush - the worst thing that's happened to me thus far was having to move my desired time by about 1/2 hour.

Dining Reservations don't need to be tied to a resort reservation when booked, so you could both tackle the ADRs without being logged into your account and then you could tie them to the reservation later.

You can't do that if you're booking for the extra days past your 180 day mark. Using today, 4/16/11 as an example, the 180 day mark is for 10/13/11. If I try to make an ADR for 10/14/11, this will show up as an error message:

You have chosen a date more than 180 days in advance of today's date. Please choose a date less than 180 days in advance and try again.

You don't need a reservation at a Disney resort if you're booking ADRs sooner than 180 days. You definitely need to log in a reservation if you intend to use the "180 + 10" perk for resort guests.

Guapotimmy should be fine if he logs in at 6am eastern with his reservation number. I found it quick to enter the restaurant name on the "Enter Restaurant Name" line rather than trying to find restaurants by location drop down menus.

It's not really needed. I did all of mine (11 days worth) and got everything I wanted. I even booked my Fantasmic DP after finishing all the other ADR's. Somehow I thought that one would be a charge to a CC without a Dining Plan attached to the reservation.

Without a GP Free Dining offer out this year, the demand is much less. Everyone that booked Free Dining for this year had to do it by Dec. 2010. I think the offer also ended for this year on Sept. 29th, so there shouldn't be any Free Dining people when you are booking (unless the UK had a later booking time).
