Can’t make 60 day adr

I have a poly reservation 5/7-5/10 and get errors when trying to book in the app. When I go to the website the farthest it lets me book is 5/7. Help!!!
 
Is it still happening? Aside from calling Disney to book over the phone, have you tried going to a page for the restaurant you want and booking there? When I did ADRs last week this was happening to me both on the app and computer when trying to search all restaurants for a date/time. However, if I went to the specific restaurant I wanted the entire calendar opening up.

Yes a few hours later and it’s still happening. When I go to the restaurant page on Mde it only shows up to 5/7 as available for me to book. On hold with Disney now but the wait is 2 hours :(
 
This worked for me in the past - Work around: choose the first day of your trip for the restaurant you want. Then in the next window you can change the date and your 60+ days will appear.
 

Try the app if the website isn't working and try the website if the app isn't working. It's usually a cookies issue where the dining tool "forgets" that you're signed in and have a reservation on file.

You can also try a private/incognito tab.
 
To be clear - act as if you are booking the first day of your trip - then when you click to continue you should be able to change the date
 
We had this issue this morning - finally had success using an incognito browser (spouse) and VPN (me).

So I’ve tried two different browsers, incognito and the app. The app recognizes my reservation through 5/10 but when I try to reserve dining I get an error. The website only gives me the option to reserve through 5/7, it’s like it is not recognizing my resort stay even though it’s linked right in front of my eyes.

Just wanted to say I’m sorry you dealt with this. My DH and I were up at 5:30 this morning, and it’s so stressful worrying whether the system will work. We were able to get ours booked, thankfully, but I didn’t exhale until I saw the final confirmation screen.

It is so stressful! The worst part is I have a split stay booked so now I’m worried this will happen for my second resort booking window too! I’ve been on hold with Disney for over 2 hours now waiting to find out why this is happening.
 
I had this same exact issue this morning and wasted 10 minutes trying to resolve it before I attempted the app on my phone and it worked. So incredibly frustrating! I was going to make a post suggesting that people start with that in the near future, as it was hammered into my head that the app was bad and Chrome with multiple tabs was the safest way to go.
 
We had this issue last week. We got around it by discovering that you could just type the date you want into the date drop down.
 
just tried calling again to get someone who could fix this glitch and the cast member I just spoke to told me there is no 60 day window for the length of resort stay. He said it’s a rolling 60 day window and I have to log on each day at 60 days to book. I asked to speak with someone else as I know that is not correct so he transferred me to dining who I already spoke with this morning!! I just need someone to fix whatever is causing this glitch! I’m getting livid.

I had this issue this morning as well and it was super annoying. I was able to book 2 restaurants before it suddenly greyed out every day after May 7th (if it matters I booked these 2 restaurants through their pages and not looking up availability by day) Switching over to the app worked for me and I was able to get everything else I wanted, but it's frustrating how inconsistently this is impacting other people.

Yep! The app shows that I am allowed to book for the length of my stay but when I click on the reservation time I want, I get that error and it won’t ever go through. I’ve tried multiple times at multiple restaurants, always the same thing. I even did the app update.

How frustrating! I’m so sorry. The app would give me that message where there was nothing available; I played around with my party # and was able to see times finally as the numbers changed, also changing breakfast/lunch/dinner. Did you try a less popular restaurant for like a party of 2 or 4? I hope you can figure it out soon!
 
This happened to me this morning as well. Got on before 6 and was able to get the MK Dessert Party. Had both my ipad and phone going. One on the website and one on the app. Kept doing what yours was doing. My daughter got up with me also (even though she is in Florida on Spring Break) and she was able to get all the reservations made. We ended up getting everything we wanted except for Topolinos Breakfast.
 
Which drop down menu was this?
At the top of the page where you can select the date, you can just type into that box the date. For example, if you select May 1, 2022, it shows 05/01/2022 - you can click in there and change the 1 to a 7 if you wanted to search for May 7th instead.
