Yes a few hours later and it’s still happening. When I go to the restaurant page on Mde it only shows up to 5/7 as available for me to book. On hold with Disney now but the wait is 2 hoursIs it still happening? Aside from calling Disney to book over the phone, have you tried going to a page for the restaurant you want and booking there? When I did ADRs last week this was happening to me both on the app and computer when trying to search all restaurants for a date/time. However, if I went to the specific restaurant I wanted the entire calendar opening up.
So I’ve tried two different browsers, incognito and the app. The app recognizes my reservation through 5/10 but when I try to reserve dining I get an error. The website only gives me the option to reserve through 5/7, it’s like it is not recognizing my resort stay even though it’s linked right in front of my eyes.
It is so stressful! The worst part is I have a split stay booked so now I’m worried this will happen for my second resort booking window too! I’ve been on hold with Disney for over 2 hours now waiting to find out why this is happening.Just wanted to say I’m sorry you dealt with this. My DH and I were up at 5:30 this morning, and it’s so stressful worrying whether the system will work. We were able to get ours booked, thankfully, but I didn’t exhale until I saw the final confirmation screen.
Which drop down menu was this?We had this issue last week. We got around it by discovering that you could just type the date you want into the date drop down.
just tried calling again to get someone who could fix this glitch and the cast member I just spoke to told me there is no 60 day window for the length of resort stay. He said it’s a rolling 60 day window and I have to log on each day at 60 days to book. I asked to speak with someone else as I know that is not correct so he transferred me to dining who I already spoke with this morning!! I just need someone to fix whatever is causing this glitch! I’m getting livid.
Yep! The app shows that I am allowed to book for the length of my stay but when I click on the reservation time I want, I get that error and it won’t ever go through. I’ve tried multiple times at multiple restaurants, always the same thing. I even did the app update.Have you tried the app? At the top of the page where you can select the date, you can just type into that box the date. For example, if you select May 1, 2022, it shows 05/01/2022 - you can click in there and change the 1 to a 7 if you wanted to search for May 7th instead.Which drop down menu was this?
