Can’t Find Thread re Date(s) Unavailable at 11-month Plus 6

I can’t find a thread I saw a few months ago. It might’ve been about walking a reservation, but basically I think the OP was trying to book at the 11-month window and saw a night within the 11-month plus 6 week greyed out (which technically should not be possible unless all dates from the 11-month to that date were also greyed out). I’m pretty sure the OP, after multiple attempts, finally got someone from MS who understood what he/she was trying to explain, and agreed it was wrong.

I ran into this as well and I am looking for that thread for reference. I have gone back 12 pages and can’t find it. Also can’t find it in search. If anyone remembers it and can direct me via link or thread title I would greatly appreciate it!

I don’t remember the thread but can you explain what you are seeing which might jog memory.

Rooms can disappear more than 11 months out if DVC has pulled them due to upcoming renovations at the resort.

But, that is the only way it should happen.

I know that in late Dec/early Jan of 2020/2021 there were issues with VGF rooms being unavailable for booking at 11 months + 8 nights. They were eventually released by I'm guessing that not all of them. We managed to get our early December 2021 reservation and while we were there, they started the refurb of VGF on the upper floors.

Try doing a search for that thread. There are other instances of this happening but that one sticks out for me because it directly affected my reservation.
