Is the system down? Everything that I try to book says “sorry we can’t process this reservation now. I tried to add a new card, thinking maybe Amex was done, but I get the same error. Help.
 
Yeah, I'm having the same problem. It seems like the payment system is down.
 
Having the same problem too, this is our 3rd ADR day for our trip as doing a few split stays, haven’t had this issue booking the last couple of weeks.
 
Same! Thanks for posting, glad it’s not just me. I am seeing some ADRs come and go though, so I wonder if some are able to book and some not? Will keep checking
 
Same issue here. The coming and going of availability might be people trying to book and the system holding their reservation while they try to enter their card details and fail. Tried AMEX / Visa, both same issue.

Seems right. Has anyone ever tried to call in to make a reservation?
 
I’ve tried calling now - but after 5 minutes waiting on hold the music has gone and the line silent. I’m not sure whether I’m still in the queue or not..
 
I am in the queue still with an estimated 2hr wait. Not sure if the agents are able to book or not, but I guess for now, I will stay on hold.
 
Oh wow! Mine said less than 7 minutes but that is not the case.
 
I called right at 7 and it was too early for the queue. Immediately hung up and redialed and it was open, it 2 hr queue. Ugghhh. Still no luck online.

I'm getting the 2hr+wait time as well. It's been 18+min and I'm holding but at least the music is still going. We really want CRT for this trip, and this is just so frustrating. Disney making fun things hard.
 
After 20 minutes the music has finally come back, very odd. Think I’m going to give up, the ones I wanted have already gone anyway due to the +10 and I’m the sure others I want will stick around till tomorrow or whenever they fix the issue.
 
Hopefully won’t happen to anyone else but before I managed to hang up, Disney did it for me anyway and sent me straight to the survey.
 
Quick update. The phone reps have no payment capability either and can not book. No reason to stay on hold.
