6 pounds since January IS something to brag about. That is a 1 pound/week loss, right where you want to be.

That is 1 bag of sugar and 4 sticks of butter that you are not carrying aound with you. You lost that weight despite all the stress and demands on your time. DO NOT sell yourself short woman. You are amazing.

Oh, I am so excited! Kathy (Valentine) just called me and she and Judy (honeibee) and I have been finalizing details for dress shopping this weekend!

And get this! When I just spoke with her, Kathy actually insists that she WANTS to help me with wedding crafts!!! How fun is that!!!???? Isn't she a darling?

B: apple
L: barley w/beef broth; green salad w/3 oz salmon fillet
D: barley, 1 chicken nugget, 1 pierogie, carrots, 3 oz baked salmon fillet; 3 oz baked flounder fillet
dessert: weight watchers 1 pt chocolate cake
It looks like a lot of food, but really wasn't and tonight was very controlled even as I cooked dinner for DS14.
Day 4 is a victory. 4/4!
