A fun twist on tacos. Buy mini/single size servings of Fritos.

Warm up precooked taco meat (or cook that night).

Crunch up the fritos in the bag, add the meat to the bag and any other toppings you want. Eat right out of the bag with a fork.

Easy clean up and fun for the kids and adults :)

One of my favorites! Frito Pie just like Sonic or when the school I worked at served these, they called them Walking Tacos - YUM!

I'll cook almost anything out in the woods (spagetti, beef w/ broccoli--with a camp stove, the sky's the limit). One thing we almost always do is have burritos if it's been several days since we started camping and we haven't gone to restock the fresh foods yet. The tortillas, canned beans and canned shredded beef keep until you need them, and the vegies and salsa to top them keep longer than most other foods in the cooler. I don't use canned meat at home, but after several days in a camp site, it tastes fine on burritos.

Another thing I do for the first night is have marinated food in a big ziplock to grill while setting up camp. Last year I made bulgogi (Korean BBQ beef) on a hibachi while the kids set up our tents.
