Figuring out Disney transportation is beginning to feel like solving a Rubix cube so I'd love any info you guys have. TIA :flower3: If we do end up camping we'll be renting an RV and booking preferred so we'll be close to the marina. Most of our ADRs are going to be early breakfasts; CRT, Play and Dine, Tusker House and 1900 PF. No car so we're relying on Disney or cabs. Is it possible to use Disney transportation that early? Everything I've read says that the FW to MK boat starts half an hour before park opening, if we had an 8am CRT on a day with a 9am opening we would need a cab, right? I was planning on boat to the Contemporary and monorail to GF for 1900PF, should I just assume cabs for everything else or would the buses for AK and HS be running that early?

rharper1496, there are actually two boats that leave the Fort dock.

On the right hand side is the line for the smaller boat (much like the Jungle Cruise boat size) that runs shuttle between the Fort, Wilderness Lodge, and Contemporary. It starts running about 645 am and flies the blue pennant on its nose. From the Contemp you can walk to MK easily or go into the Contemp and catch the monorail.

A second, larger boat leaves from the left side of the dock and runs the leg between the MK and the Fort (with an occasional stop at WL during midday sometimes) and it starts in time to get folks to the MK entrance for rope drop. It flies the green pennant on its nose.

I did the walk from the Contemporary Dock to the MK entrance and its not bad at all. I also took the boat to Epcot and once the boat picks you up at the Fort marina it took us 40 minutes to get to the Epcot monorail station (with a transfer at TTC).

I can't help you for AK or DHS.

Good luck!

We did the boat to the contemporary then walked to the MK for an early Crystal Palace reservation last year. It was easy and kind of fun to approach the Magic Kingdom from a different direction.

We always do the boat to Epcot if we are going back for the evening. Grab a boat to MK or Contemporary. Monorail to the TTC and then switch. This is not efficient at all but it is fun and keeps kids much happier than riding the bus!
