Campgrounds & DDP?

My parents are coming with us in Oct. but they are going to stay in their trailer at Ft. Wilderness Campgrounds and they have some left over days on a 10 day park hopper. Can they still get DDP?
I have heard about the Kitchen Sink ice cream how does that work on the DDP?

The Dining Plan is part of a complete package, so if they are not buying at least a new 1 day park pass they can not purchase the Dining Plan.
I don't think the Kitchen Sink is included in the plan. I am sure someone will correct me if I am wrong.
