Campground Reservations Linked

We are arriving on Friday morning, the 25th for 11 wonderful magical days. We are two families, driving 5th Wheels down from Wisconsin, linked together in our reservations and are wondering if the earlier we get there on Friday, will it be a better chance of being close, in the same loop? Or, is it also a good idea to fax that request as well. Thank yours for your help. Your "Cheesehead" fanatic fans!

Faxing is a good back up. We find the earlier you arrive the better selection of sites.

I would definitely fax your request. They assign campsites several days before arrival, so if you get your request in before then, they might be able to accommodate.

If you are already part of a grand gathering reservation, you should (no promise) be in sites close to each other if not next door. If you are not, be polite and see what they can do. Out of 4 years traveling with 3-5 sites in a single grand gathering, only one year did they try to have us all spread out. But some talking to the CM at the front desk they where able to better coordinate our stay and we where all close enough.

Last year was great, 3 campers and they set us up with sites that formed a triangle around the loop road, it was perfect.
