Does anyone know the name of a good campground with pull thru sites either in Lake City or Gainsville or somewhere close to those areas? :confused3 We need one night for on our way down to Orlando Oct. 4. Thanks! :)

We have stayed at the KOA in Lake City and another place I think was called Live Oak. Google campgrounds in Lake City and you'll find them. They are off I-10 about 3 or 5 miles east of I-75. Both nice enough for a one nighter. We always pull in late (10pm or so), find a spot, and settle up the next morning.

The other CG is Oak's 'N Pines located at the intersection of I-10 and 441 just a quarter mile before KOA. Nice Place. :thumbsup2

That's the one! We stayed there last trip as it was right off the interstate. They allow pets too if you are looking for that.

Well it is a little further away but Jennings is supposed to be a very very nice campground.
