Campfire?

We have never been to Fort Wilderness so I know nothing about the grounds. Well, I guess we did do Mickey's Backyard BBQ back in '04 but I hardly remember. We are thinking of going to the Campire/Movie after having dinner at Artist Point. What would the best way to get to the movie area be? The boat? Bus?

We would then need to grab a cab to get back to POP after the movie. Guessing we would have to reverse course back to the Wildnerness Lodge to do that?

I am going to do some more research but what time does the show and movie generally start in late August?

The easiest way would be boat from WL to FW and walk or hop a bus to the campfire/movie.

Things get started about 8pm for summer hours. If you're early you can get a seat or look through the Trading Post.

Getting back,, get to any park that's open by boat or bus or DTD and take a bus back to Pop.

Thank you, Denise! I really think we will take a cab back to POP. Is there any where to get one from Ft Wilderness or should be just boat back to Wilderness Lodge?

Take a bus to the Outpost/check-in there are sometimes taxis waiting for fares there or they will call you one.
