has anyone been here or heard of it and can you tell me if its easy to get to dlp from there

yes, very easy to get to DLP from here . The Campanile, Premier Classe and B&B hotel are all on the same site, 10 minutes walk from the train station at Bussy st georges, which is 2 stops and less than 15 minutes train journey to DLP.

It's a nice one as it's been totally revamped.

We like the Campanile chain as they little extras that you don't normally get in French hotels like a kettle
