It's fun!! And it's very casual. I've even seen a family who brought a cooler with hot dogs that they cooked on the fire. There are 2 firepits.
First, they start out with a sing-a-long, then Chip and Dale (Chip has the brown nose) walk around to meet everyone. Then they start the movie. There are benches up front to sit on, then bleachers in the back. The ground is made of small rocks, so bring a blanket or beach towel if you think your kids want to sit down in the front to watch the movie.
It was a slow night when we were there, and my kids wanted to leave because a boy was being "naughty" and disturbing my children. I'm not sure if it's very crowded how unruly some of the chidren can be.
Oh, and they have a concession stand to buy the s'mores stuff, and other things to eat/drink. So, bring some money.
When you get tired of the movie (lol), you can head out to find the hayride (well, it's really a wagon ride). I forgot how much it cost, but I do remember using my room key to charge it. That was very, very fun!!! We went all over Fort Wilderness. It was night time and just beautiful. The kids really enjoyed it, until they fell asleep.
I forgot all about the campfire, I think I need to fit this in our itinerary this next trip!
