Cameras on rides and at shows?

I know that certain rides tell you no flash photography, but I'm wondering what rides and shows can you take your camera and/or video camera on?

As far as I know, you can actually take photos and video on any ride or show, just not use the flash or the video light. The new Nemo show didn't allow video at first, but last summer lots of people were using video and no one said anything except the ones that tried to use thier video camera lights.
