Camera question

I'm not sure if this is the right place for this question, but......
I'm looking for a good inexpensive (under $100) digital camera that does pics and video. Just curious what others use or recommend. Thanks!

I have a COOLPIX S8200 by Nikon. Very simple to use, small, lightweight....I like it a lot. Don't remember cost.

Buy a used one on ebay. Most everyone uses phones now and you can get good deals on great cameras that have probably hardly ever been used.
