Camera Display Scratch....Fixes?

Hello,
I have a Nikon d3100, and I wore it around my neck while i wore a button down shirt unknowing the buttons would scratch the display. It is not a huge scratch more like thin line scratches. Is there a simple fix to this to take away the scratches?

I did the same thing to my D50 years ago. I would imagine you could have the screen replaced if its really bad. Mine wasn't too bad so I just put a screen protector over it to prevent furthur scratching.
