I always worry about staying hydrated in the parks, and usually take a few water bottles that can be frozen. This year we are thinking of taking a Camelbak backpack instead, which can be filled with ice from the hotel and should stay cold all day. However, now that I'm thinking of doing it, I realize I don't think I've ever seen anyone with a Camelbak in the parks. Does anyone know if this is allowed? We've never had trouble with water bottles buried in the bottom of our bag, but I'm worried this may be pushing it in regards to outside food or drink. Have any of you tried it?
