Hey guys im looking at getting a digital camcorder for our trip in october and am not really sure what models and stuff so if anyone has a good digital camcorder could they post the model and stuff id like to know what everyone has and whats good

I recently purchased a JVC Camcorder it has a hard disk so no need for tapes or cd's.I love it.

I will second the JVC! My DH bought me mine for Christmas. I love it. It is so easy to use!

I will agree with everyone on the JVC they even have a brand new model out. I think it is an excellent camera. It is very easy to use and very easy to transfer your video to the computer. If you go with a hard drive camcorder remember to buy an extra battery, with the camera capable of recorder up to 37 hours you will definitely need an extra.
