Calypso Trading Post in CBR

I am planning a trip in November and am planning on making one stop at the grocery store on our way to the hotel (since we will not have a car). Does anyone know if the Calypso Trading Post carries many groceries (such as a gallon of milk, bread, soup, cereal, etc.) Also do they sell bottles of wine and/or cases of beer? How much more expensive is the Calypso compared to the supermarket?

We were there in January and I did notice that they did sell basic groceries (bread, snack foods, etc.). I did see sodas and some alcohol, but I didn't see any milk. I wasn't looking too hard since it was my last night at the resort. Price wise, they are definitely higher than a grocery store, so if you can, I'd go off-site for these items. Have a good trip! D

We were there in June 2002 and they do sell milk at Calypso Trading Post. It was in the back in a large cooler/fridge. The milk was cheaper there than at the food court, about twice as much milk for the same price. However, I think there were only small plastic bottles of milk, no gallons. But there were loaves of bread, small jars of peanut butter, jelly, etc. Very basic and a tad on the expensive side also, but if you're in a pinch...

They also had some cute snacks (MM shaped pretzels and crackers).

I have no idea about the alcohol question as I don't drink.
