Calypso Cay Resort

Does anyone know the name of the company that operates the timeshare properties in this resort? We stayed at the Amerisuites, Calypso Cay, in April and really liked the area. We found it convenient to get to the parks,shopping and lots of restaurants. Also, it was not right on the road and was fairly quiet. We liked the entertainment by the pool in the afternoons.
