The rules of the game are made up as they go along, but the one consistent rule is that the rules can never be the same twice.

I loved Calvin and Hobbes.

There has yet to be a comic as good since it left.

Although get fuzzy is pretty darn funny as well.

I looooooove Calvin & Hobbes! I want to name my first boy Calvin but no one thinks it's as cute as I do. :confused3

It's a great bathroom book, too!

Too funny! My DS11 has discovered Calvin and Hobbes in the last year and he loves to read the books in the bathroom!

I have a friend who named her son Calvin!

I LOVE Calvin and Hobbes! My all time favorite! :cheer2:

My 2 all time favorites are: "it's your turn to get the nudist out of the bird bath."

and... The strip where the deer are hunting people in an office. It said something like, though Joes family will be upset, they understand thinning of the herd is nessesary. :rotfl:

I love Calvin and Hobbs!

But I don't like playing Calvinball. :(

The last day of the strip was a sad day indeed! C & H, Peanuts, and The Far Side were my faves. All three are gone now. :sad1:

My brother got me hooked on Calvin and Hobbes years ago.
I was so sad when he retired!
Now my boys, yes, one of them could be Calvin...very scary!, they love the comic!

My neighbor had a friend stay at her house this summer- she said after she was here for 2 days she said, "So who's the little Calvin next door???" meaning my son, Jack. :teeth:

NY Daily News is running the strip again, re runs or re draws

That's because they will be releasing another C&H book again (same strips, just in another book) and the publishers are trying to stroke interest.

BTW...I bet now that Susie is all grown up, she's HOT and Calvin doesn't care about cooties no'mo! :teeth:

Do I like Calvin and Hobbes? Hmmm....:scratchin

:confused3 :confused3 :confused3

Man, I loved that little guy..................reminded me of "me in college", er, I mean grammar school...............

I loved that strip enough to tatoo that little guy on my shoulder.......now MY Little Calvin says................"Daddy, who's that???" Kinda funny....

:earsboy:

I loved Calvin and Hobbes, too. One of my favorite strips was when he had his picture taken and his hair was nicely combed, but he had a deviant smile. Because of that one strip, my friends used to call me Calvin because I was the same way.

I remember reading it all the time when I was little and I currently own all of the books too. I love the philosophical references each character portrays too. It's just too much at times! :rotfl2:
