Calorie King?????

Does anyone use the Calorie King website? It seems to be much more comprehensive than Fit Day. I realize there is a yearly fee, but for all that info it seems well worth the price.

I haven't tried it. I seem to manage ok with FitDay. It may not have everything, but I get the idea pretty well where I am with things.

Have you joined in that site then?

I use sparkpeople.com and like that better than fitday. I think it is easier to use and it is also free.

I haven't joined yet, but probably wil do it today. My DS has been using it for several months with much success! I really like all of the extra info it provides along with the user friendly format. I'll let everyone know how I do.
