Calling tomorrow and need help please

I'm calling for our ADRs tomorrow and while I am not interested in Cindy's I would like to avoid all those prompts that drove me crazy when I was trying to get our CP package. I tried looking on the getting Cindy's breakfast thread but the link to the tips doesn't work for me, I just get a blank screen.
Can anyone help me out with the quick bypass of all that button pushing?
