Calling to confirm and making a request - question

Hey guys, as you can see I will arriving in the World Monday! Yea!! My question is this. I have seen posts about calling 4 days out to make any room requests. This is my first time on site so I haven't done this before. Do I call today? This is all I want to request:

- non-smoking
- room in mansion section

I am not picky about room location (close to pool/bus/food) it doesn't matter that much.

Who do I call? Is it the CRO number I called to originally make my reservations? How do I go about asking this? Any info would be great!

1. Call CRO and have them note it on your reservation.
2. About three days before your arrival contact POR. You can call them I would reccommend faxing them.
