Calling the experts: ques. about BWV

We stayed there in December and Steve@BWV's trip report reminded me....

While wandering around looking for a place to throw the trash one day I came across a room, that seemed to be a lounge, that overlooked the boardwalk. I think it was on the 3rd floor. Is this room ever open for DVC members to lounge around in? I couldn't see much through the crack in the door, it looked like it had lots of couches and big picture windows. Private parties rental? Concierge use? Just wondering...

I may be way off because I am not aware of a lounge type room. But you may have looked inside one of the grand villas.

There was a room called the Attic I think they sometimes rent it out for private affairs I believe.
