Calling MS for DDP

I have never used the DDP before, but i think we are going to try it Jan 2008, I think it will be a good deal for us. Do I just call MS and tell them I want to add it on to my reservation? When can i do this, I check in on the 21st. Can i make the ADR at the same time? or do i have to call back and talk to someone else? When do you pay for it? Thank you so so much.

You can make your dining ADRs 180 days from your checkin date (and make them for the next 10 days at the same time).

You need to call and add the DDP prior to your arrival date (3-5 days) and remember that they are closed on major holidays and Sundays. You pay when you checkin to your resort.

When I make my ADRs the CMs will ask if I'm on the DDP, and I tell them I "may" be, but have not added it yet....then always put DDP on the ADR. (I don't think it makes any real difference though).

When I call MS to make a room reservation, I usually ask them to make my dining reservations. The same person can handle it.

We have had MS make our ADRs also. For our trip last month we were given horrible times for available ADRs. The next day I was talking to a CM at CR and made a comment about our late ADR, (8:50). He checked the system and offered me several other times to pick from. I called the the normal ADR number and re-booked all of our ADRs at much better times. Now I understand that when you select ADR from the MS phone tree you are transfered to the regular ADR group.
