Calling issue

Hi All!
Anyone having trouble getting in touch with Disney Reservations? I've been trying all day and I automatically get a message that states "All circuits are busy please try again later"

My friend and I have both tried WDisney and the passholder line.
Anyone else with this??

That happened the other day to me. I am not sure what is going on.

I called yesterday first thing in the morning and got through no problems. It seems to be happening later in the day.

I agree - call as early as you can. I called this morning at 7:50 central time and only had to wait maybe 4 minutes or so.

January is busy season for WDW and with the number of TV ads running, you can be sure they are getting a ton of inquiries.

Same thing happened to me this morning when I called around 10:15AM CST. I just kept calling and finally got through.

I've had to call three times this morning--two times I got the recorded message to try my call later, one time I was able to get through, but was on hold for almost 20 minutes. When I called last night, I was hold at least 15 minutes also. Of course, they were playing the music from the Haunted Mansion and I loved that!
