Yep, the day "rolls over" for online reservations at 6am EST, giving you an hour head start on calling in (phone lines open at 7am EST).

I used the on-line booking for the first time a few days ago -- it was great! It definitely gives you an advantage over calling in and if you are having any problems you can still call in at 7:00 and be no worse off than if you didn't try at all -- good luck!

I think online is easier with the bonus extra hour, although being in California makes all of it a bit difficult : )

For the record, I freakin LOVE online dining reservations. Wow was that easy and I was able to get everything I wanted with ease. Awesome.
