Yes USA beat Mexico!! Think the match was played in Korea. I was really pleased Yeah!!
I never saved any baby teeth and can't say the thought appealed to me. Of course our youngest (22) stil has some of hers. They're in her mouth, and we all hope they stay there.
I think we can come up with 14 or so postcards. Yesterday was lovely here until dinner time when we had a thunderstorm with very little rain. It seemed to come out of nowhere and immediately returne there. Only lasted about 5 minutes. And then we were back to cool and sunny. Summer will be here Friday so then it'll be hot and humid. So we enjoy it while we have it.

Ashley is about to lose another tooth, we can see the new teeth coming in behind the old ones. The Tooth Fair went shopping last night at The Disney Store. While we were there we saw that the costumes were on sale 50% off. I talked her into a Tinker Bell costume, she's ready for the cruise now.

Welcome to this thread. The idea with the postcards is to bring about , I think 12 to 14 postcards of your part of the world. We're from eastern Pa and will bring ones from there.
Watched part of the world cup yesterday. I always wonder if the aspirin concession is huge where they play.
Well sounds like Ashley is truely coming right along with the teeth and being ready for the cruise.

DAN and SCOTT: You will love Vero Beach. We were there last year for two nights before our Royal Caribbean cruise and one night after. It is a wonderful place.

ASHLEY: Looking forward to seeing that Tinkerbell costure!! Sounds perfect.

ESTELLE and the other EASTERNERS: It is hot and humid here near Chicago so hold onto your hats--is will be there tomorrow. 90+ degrees. I AM LOVING IT.

After living 45 years in the east and now 8 years out here, I realize that thunder storms are different in the flat lands. It is amazing but they are louder and seem more fierce.

O.K. getting our excursion plans together.

Key West: A ride on the Conch Train, DD has been singing the song all morning.
Then maybe find a beach to camp at for a good part of the day, a little shopping and a good piece of Key Lime Pie.

Grand Cayman: Renting a jeep for a self tour of the island. More details as I get them on this one. I actually want to goto 'HELL", to send postcards.

Even if I do nothing else in Key West there had better be a fabulous piece of Key Lime Pie. Nothing like it in the world. The rest of your plans sound like they would be fun. Especially the postcards from Hell.
When I can get the DH to stir and start looking into possible things to do on shore we will see what we would like to do.
Only a hazy hot and humid summer to go.

Estelle, I spoke with Jan a few minutes ago. She's missing the boards and needs her WDW.info.com fix. LOL I am going to try very, very hard to go to downtown Baltimore to meet her on Wednesday afternoon.

Now about that Key Lime Pie, I think we should buy a whole one and sneek it back aboard the ship. I have had it aboard the ship, YUMMY GOOD!!!

We probably get to see Tom and Jan on Thursday or Friday. She can check the WDW board here.

I think the whole pie idea is great. And we don't share. Luckily my DH is not into Key Lime. Just me.

Rain would be lovely, we are supposed to get some late Thursday afternoon. And Friday and Saturday are supposed to be much less humid. Thank goodness October should be cooler.

I have gotten information from Playa Sol about their package fees. I have also asked them for more information about their group rates.
I know Disney offers this as "Beach Break" one of their excursion packages but I believe that we can do it on your own for less. Disney's Price is $49 per adult and $39 per child.
Playa Sol's All Inclusive is $35.00 that includes admission to the park, drinks and food and much more. They have other packages that don't offer quite as much but still good packages. Basic package is $6.00 and Fiesta Package is $25.00 this is in U.S. dollars. There are 15% off coupon on their site. You can't use them with the Disney excusions.
A round trip Taxi ride is $30 per taxi.

I cannot believe how excited I am with months to go! We are in Cabin 6008 (through dreamsunlimited with the rebate thanks to all of you here).

It will be me, dh, ds (5), and dd (3.5). DS will have just turned 5 on 10/19 (we considered that cruise, but wanted West) so I'll probably ask that he stay with the 4's at Oceaneer just so that dd will feel more comfortable - she gets slightly wigged out at characters and if we leave her there and one comes in (do they do this?) she might freak out. But she has gotten better. I work so both kids are in daycare and are used to being with a lot of other kids so I think it'll be fine.

OMG! I have so many questions, so many things to make sure I remember. I know I'll be bombarding you soon!

We will definitely have the kids dress up and if I can figure out what to do for us, we will too. I tried to read through all 19 pages (oh my!) and saw the TorT being planned - can we still get in?

I am a super-spreadsheeter (part of my job) so if I can help with any arranging just let me know. I'm up for the map job too - couldn't tell if it was being done or not!
