Read some posts here that at some resorts, specifically Polynesian, there was a problem calling front desk directly and the guest had reached a "Call Center" instead of front desk and needed assistance with medical emergency..
Do all resorts work this way? MUST YOU ASK TO BE TRANSFERRED TO FRONT DESK WHEN YOU DIAL DIRECTLY FROM ROOM?
