Calling from UK

Hi, does anybody know the number you can call before calling a US number to get cheaper calls? The last time I called, Disney couldnt understand my accent! Hope this time goes better! x x

I am from Liverpool (I live in W Yorks now like), I have had the same problem!! You would think we were talking in Chinese or something!! ha ha ha!!!

They can never understand my first name - Ann!! I have now found that when saying it I have to put on an American accent then they know what I am saying. Trouble is I can't do it when there is anyone else in the room or I feel totally silly.
