Calling for ADR

We are visiting the World in March. On September 8, I can make my ADR. What time in the morning do they start receiving phone calls for ADR?

lines open up at 7:00 AM Eastern. I believe the online system opens earlier.

Yes, the online system does open earlier at 6:00 am EST. If you can get online, I think that is best. It's really easy, and you receive an emailed copy of your reservation. Just make sure you have your resort/package reservation number so you can book the 180 days +10!
