Calling for ADR - do you tell them you are on DP?

Okay - I am going to try to get a ADR at Cindy's for the last day we are in WDW. I am debating whether we should use 2 TS for it or pay for it OOP. This it the one restaurant I for sure want to get and for a certain day (dd bday) so I will be calling 180 days out. My question is if I don't make the rest of my ADRs that same day but am still undecided whether this meal will be paid for with 2TS or OOP will have have to choose one and then go with that or can I decide later? Do they ask how you will pay for it when you make the ressie?

I had to pay in advance for our Royal Table meals....Now we have decided that we are going to do the dining plan, so when we get there my understanding is that our credit card will be credited for the $ and they will subtract 2 TS credits per person...
