Calling DFTW to book tomorrow...what do I need to know?

Tomorrow is FINALLY the 8 month mark for our Escape wedding and I'm so excited to finally get the date nailed down! How does that call generally go, and what kind of information will I need to provide? And how early do they open? I will be calling from my office so I want to make sure I don't leave something important at home.

The first call is always the easiest!

You only need to give them general information at this time and ask any questions you may have. Remember to have your date picked out if you do not have one already and any venues you are interested in booking for your ceremony and reception.

I called them at 12 months but it didn't seem very formal...they didn't take very much information from me.

Your first call is very exciting. We have been able to be penciled in but can't officially book until November. I suggest writing everything down before you call, my nerves make me forget what I want to ask!
