Calling anyone that lives in Hawaii

My brother went to Hawaii with his family. He was suppose to return home today but he called to say that something happened at the airport in Maui. At the time I talked to him he had heard something about a car possibly blowing up?? I am in Massachusetts and we are not getting any info here. Does anyone have any idea what happened at the airport in Maui??? Would appreciate any info I can get.

It sounds like an isolated incident.

It says there weren't any injuries-except maybe for the person in the SUV.

Thanks for the link. I haven't heard any more from them but I know when he called they weren't at the airport yet. I know they are safe and since there was nothing on CNN I assumed it wasn't terrorist related. Thanks again for the info. Makes me feel better. I guess if you have to be stuck somewhere, it might as well be Hawaii!
