Calling ALL WDW CM's or anyone who can help, need some inside info!

I'm trying to plan my trip for this Halloween season. My sister is a HUGE Evil Queen fan (from Snow White, NOT the old hag, but the BEAUTIFUL Queen).Can anyone tell me if its a possiblity to catch her walking around? I know she is "sometimes" scheduled at the Villian's Dinner, but there is no guarentee. Any opinions what we can do? I would like to know why she is so hard to find? She appears in Fantasmic, but never just walking around signing autograph's and taking pictures with the guests? My sister is 27 years old, and she said she would probably cry if she got the chance to see the Evil Queen(shes fanatical over her, as you can see), please someone help me make this come true for my sister, Thanks!
