Calling all South Florida girls!

Anybody know a good place for alterations in South FL??

The store where I got my dress wont answer the phone and wont return my calls. They're a well known chain so I dont think they'll screw me over, but how can I even schedule an appointment if they wont answer the phone?

Its getting down to the wire and I really need some place that will give me a little more personal attention. Where's a good place to go? I live outside Ft Lauderdale and work in Boca... but I'm willing to go out of my way if they do good work!

I Am Gonna Use Nuttin Fits In Wellington I Know Its Alil North Of You But They Are Very Good, They Have Done Other Dresses Of Mine, And A Friends Wedding Dress. The Store I Bought My Dress From Also Highly Recommends Them.

Nuttin Fits is great. I get things altered there a lot. Also, there I don't know the name of it off hand (sorry!) but in the plaza across from the Two George's and the Banana Boat in Boynton there was once a tailor there that my sister got her gown altered at. They did a nice job. I'm not sure if they're still open but it's worth a shot. I'm surprised you can't get a hold of your store but if worse comes to worse, is there a main company number you could call and explain the situation to? Regardless, good luck and let us know what you choose!

If you want I can PM you the name/phone number of a friend of mine. Her mother used to work at David's and now works at a bridal salon in Wellington doing alterations. She's excellent and fairly priced. She does alterations out of her home as well as the salon. (Lives in Royal Palm Beach)
