I haven't read the entire thread but am getting a start to it. I too am a single crazed Disney fan. I am a female turning 25 at the end of May. I am just waiting to find my perfect disney crazed match. My fun is to hang out at WDW or on the DCL. Too bad I cannot find the right man here in CO to join me. They all look at me like I am crazy that I am so obsessed with Disney.

They are the crazy ones. I get the same response from everyone. They can't understand how a single guy with no kids can be so obsessed with a place that is "for kids". After I pick myself up off the ground and conclude that they have never been to WDW I'll go into a long speech about how you can not understand WDW if you've never been. Geez, I'm getting worked up just thinking about it.

Heidi, you just need to move to Massachusetts. This thread seems to prove that there's a very high ratio of single Disney fans here.

I was just thinking to myself, Man this guy is on this site a lot, I see him everywhere. Then I thought, well I must be just as obsessed if I'm seeing you in all the same threads I'm in. I'm thinking we may need to seek out some professional help.

Geez, just finished reading all the pages and I have decided that I need to move to MA. Dang, there are a ton of Disney fans out there!!!! I guess no one in CO wants a Disney princess!!!

I got off a Western cruise in October '04 and just bought a house, so I am sad to say that I won't have the funds for a Disney trip for atleast a year. I would love to meet up with some people off this thread, it would be so much fun...maybe next year this thread will still be alive!!!

Especially wanted to say "hi" to Debi as I saw your Clay Aiken avatar. (I'm a huge fan and have been to many concerts). I'm a photographer and got tons of great photos!

I'm a single Solo'er in my early 50's. I'm not particuarly looking right now - but who knows? Even when I was dating I never found anyone who likes Disney like I do.

I am kinda partial to CO, born and raised here so I love this place!! Not too fond of the weather right now, it seems more like winter than spring!! One bad thing is I don't think one male likes Disney out here either!!! My ex-boyfriend moved out here from FL to get away from Disney...(I should have taken the hint!!!)

Don't know if I'll EVER get a pin. My birthday is too close to Thanksgiving. I don't want to be there when it is sooo crowded. Oh well, I always have a good time even without the button.

I was there for my birthday last year and got a button from each of the four parks. What a way to celebrate. This year I will be on the Majic for my birthday so all I will be missing is the birthday button from DL. Maybe next year - lol

I, too, finally had to wade in here. This is my first ever post, but I had to join in after wading through all 19 pages! So bear with me if I'm not that conversant with all the correct procedures. It's nice to know that there are other folks who enjoy the world so much. SWM, 48, never married. I too, might have missed my "must sell by date" (very clever!), but not unhappy about it. I have 19 nieces and nephews - use to take them (along with my siblings) down to WDW until everyone got just plain bored, which is something I just can't understand. You either get the magic it or you don't - not that I hold it against anyone who doesn't, as we here would say - get it. So I continued to hit the world every October for my annual fix. I go to Europe for two weeks every year for my Renaissance fix (London, Paris, Rome, Florence and Venice are my faves) but October is just me and the world. I actually prefer going solo - you only answer to yourself. In commando mode last trip, I rode "Mission: Space" six times in one day, Test Track 3 times. Or you can kick back at the Rose and Crown and have a couple of English Roses and people watch. I always find time to during my week or so to squeeze in a day at Seaworld, one at Busch Gardens and even a long day at Universal Studios / Islands of Adventure (is this blasphemous?). I just love the feeling on the plane down that I can just revert to being the child that I really am and do whatever comes to mind. I'll be staying at an Epcot resort for the very first time this trip, and I'm really looking forward to it. I'll miss the boat ride to La Nouba (a show which just has to be seen to be believed, by the way), but I think exploring the Boardwalk and walking to / from Fantasmic and Illuminations will more than make up for it. While I'm here - any recommendations on what to do at the Boardwalk (I'm not alcohol adverse by any means!and which Boardwalk Inn rooms offer the best views of the lake and / or Epcot? Hopefully, I won't be such a stranger in the future. Thanks for taking the time to read this. Hope to hear from many of you in the very near future!
