I have a few conceirge questions and can't seem to find one answer................so am looking for experts to give me the most up to date info!
1) Are all the concerige rooms the larger deluxe rooms?
2) If so, where are they located on the property?
3) Do any of them have balconies/patios?
4) How far is the conceirge lounge from these rooms!?

Have only stayed at PBH once, years ago, and we were in a standard Bay View room in the East Wing with a balcony. Love to have some outdoor space and wondered what the chances were of getting a conceirge room with this!
Thanks a million!
Any photos of the conceirge rooms/lounge would also be much appreciated!

just got back from PB and can answer a few questions.

we have stayed in all three wings and all room types. The East wing rooms are much larger per square footage but do not have the deluxe features- the shower and tub in bathroom and the opening between bathroom and bedroom. I prefer the East wing because I love the extra room to move around in. I also like the view from the East wing best. I would ask for top floor East Wing - close to the elevator with a balcony. The balconies on the top floor- East wing are huge. If you are close to the elevator you are not too far from everything. You can have club service added on to the room.

Just to clarify, the club is on the main floor and club access can be added to any room assuming availability (sometimes during peek demand, they will not allow adding club, but that is rare). Scrolling through this thread will show you pics of many different rooms - all of which can have club added. I know many people get very specific with their requests but I have been very lucky in just allowing the front desk staff, and those doing room assignments, to work their magic and have received some amazing upgrades without requesting them.

Go to the Sticky that tells about PBH room assignments--a lot of great room suggestions. Around page 6 or 7 loewsemployee gives thoughts on room numbers.
