There really aren't any rules other than relax, enjoy, and have fun!

How you participate is completely up to you.

Some folks do one gift per cabin, some folks do individual gifts for everyone, and some do both, while I do joint gifts for couples and individual gifts for single adults and kids.

Gifts can be anything you desire and you can deliver them whenever you like - since our gifts are pirate-night related, we deliver them during the day on Nassau day.

Since you're coming from a foreign country, I will tell you that candy from other countries is always a hit!

Ahhhhh... immigration rules... I guess that's something I need to learn about too!

Does anyone else here know about flying into the US with food?

We often bring back candy and other prepackaged food items from other countries that are not available in the U.S. Items that are forbidden are fruit, vegetables, and some meat products.

From the US Department of Agriculture website: "All travelers entering the United States are required to DECLARE any meats, fruits, vegetables, plants, seeds, animals, and plant and animal products (including soup or soup products) they may be carrying. The declaration must cover all items carried in checked baggage, carry-on luggage, or in a vehicle.

Upon examination of plants, animal products, and associated items, U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) agriculture specialists at the ports of entry will determine if these items meet the entry requirements of the United States. "

While all Guests are invited to wear costumes, we ask that you choose costumes that are not obstructive or offensive. To avoid any disappointment or delay in the boarding process, we ask that when considering costume options you refrain from bringing toys or props that resemble guns, knives or other related implements, as these items will not be allowed onboard.

Has anyone booked a GTY stateroom yet and NOT received their assignment?? We booked a GTY 04E and DH is really hoping we don't get an upgrade(He wants the extended verandah)!!! It's getting so close I'm very anxious!!
