To the awesome Librarians:

I am looking at going to school for my Masters in Library Science. I am going to be living in Florida and looking at Distance learning. Now some quick history about me, I am dyslexic so if the program requires a Foreign Languge it isn't for me. I have a BA in English Literature from UNH.

I need suggestions on schools to check out. (I hate searching online, I never come up with what I need.) Also what to expect course wise, and requirements wise!

Thanks!

I am not a librarian , but have considered going into the field myself. I believe that Rutgers University in NJ has an online Masters program for Library Studies...you can check that out.....

I'm applying to the university of washington's distance learning program next year.

You have to be on campus 3 days out of the quarter though.

Wish I would have seen this earlier when I was at work. When I go back Tuesday I look at the millions of flyers and catalogs we get in the mail. If you can wait till then.

I sure can! I am in no rush. Just trying to figure things out.

I either need local of completely online. I will definatly check out Rutgers. I would considder relocating as long as it is a warm climate.
