I have a pressed quarter purchased at DLR 2000 - 2001. It's stamped with "2000 Mickey Millenium", with Mickey standing over Disneyland logo. Has anyone ever seen this coin or happen to know the value? I've researched it to death and have come up with nothing. TIA!

Hello! I don't know the value of your coin but I just cannot pass up a coin presser! My DH makes fun of me but I have a few coins from each trip I've taken, so not a huge collector but I think it's fun :)

We have that same pressed quarter (well, one just like it, at least).

So far as I know it's worth about $1.25. It's a quarter and it cost us another $1 to press it. Not sure if it's worth anything more than that.

Do pressed pennies really go up in value? I'm embarrassed to admit I've never thought of that aspect to it. I just love collecting them (this started before I knew about DLR pressed pennies) from anywhere I can get one.

We were at DL and DCA in may and made like 25 pennies and one quarter LOL I didn't know they were worth anything I just love pressed pennies.

The only time I have seen pressed coins go up in value is when people have turned them into jewelry and sold them in craft venues.

Yeah I tease my husband about this as he is a pressed penny fan. I tell him that he's just spent 50 cents to turn a penny into something that is not even worth 1 cent anymore b/c you can't spend it anywhere.
