Calling all A/C experts

We were thinking about installing those ductless split systems that generate heat and cold air.

Any advice? Anything I should definitely stay away from? Recommendations please!!!!

I'm having a Mitsubshi system installed in my house this spring, the guy who does HVAC in my building recommend it,he had it put in his house and loves it.

if your set-up is restriced they are good. We've installed thm in businesses where running duct work isn't an option.

They work pretty well for a smaller space; the fact that there is no duct work means the air reaches a smaller area, unless you get huge unit and run the fan full blast.
