Boy driving 4.5 hrs did me in.. I have felt down and out. I got the dreaded sinus infection. I think I got it from Connor,,lol

Ok I want to be put to the challenge and I want to be a big looser. Well, we know MARTY/ BOB is a PITA but he wants to be a big looser too!
I weighed in yesterday and I am with Cindy and all i can saw is WAAAYYYY to much.... I had my SPECIAL K on the way to Daniels SCHOOL!!!
I help out inthe CAFE M-W and that does me in....

Here are the instructions to adding a picture to your signature.

Pick a picture

Right mouse click on it

Go to properties

Highlight address url. Right click again and select copy. Place pointer over the highlighted part and then left click on copy. Make sure to copy from the http at the beginning, all the way to the end

Copy address

Come back to your post

Type "" without the quotes

Paste the address with no space between the "[ ]" and the "h" in the address

Type "" immediately after your address without the quotes

Click submit



Steps 3, 4 and 5 are for Internet Explorer users. Netscape users accomplish the same by a single click on copy image location. Then continue with step 6.

It should show up on post

Now if that works, go to your profile in the User Cp and put exactly the same thing in the signature box down a ways in your Profile.


We did not make out well yesterday at all. Got to the lawyers office at 9:00 AM at 10:30 AM the lawyer for the doctor strolled in and announced the depo's would have to be cancelled again, because he still does not have all the documents he needed. This is the second time he has done that and it really makes me mad. Bob and I take time off from work and nothing gets done. I think he is just trying to run up his bill. Our lawyer said she is going to file something with the judge for a deadline on gathering info. She thinks we should go to trial by August.

My "procedure" went well. The kidney stone was gone so sometime (in the last two weeks) between the CT scan and yesterday I passed it. You think I would have noticed. LOL

WOW, I wish I could have said that when I passed a kidney stone a few years back, I still remember that pain!!!

My darling, sweet bride of 29 years, decided to share her head cold with me, wasn't that nice of her. As long as it is gone by next Tuesday, I don't want to have to fly to Florida with a bad head cold.

Lunch time is over, I have to get back to work.

Helloe everybody!! My friends and co-workers think I'm crazy getting so excited about a cruise 2 years away!! We're taking our two grandsons, ages 8 & 13. We hope to add another cabin with my daugter and her stepdaughter. We would also like to add another step-grandson but depends on how the the cruise funds grow. We're in cabn 7537, Cat. 11. This our first DC. Any one know how our cabin will be?

My son Devin (who will be 14) and I are just down the hall from you guys in room 7567. We should introduce him and your older grandson. (I can't tell you how the cat. 11 rooms are though. Last time we got upgraded to a cat. 8.)

The screen and ink for the shirts showed up yesterday! YEA! I'll be getting ahold of the rest of the equipment after Halloween. I hope to have the screens built by Thanksgiving. I'm still looking at the first of the year before I'll be ready to start taking any orders.

Me too Darlene! I'm not going to "officially" join the diet until after the Holiday season has passed. Thanksgiving and all the Christmas goodies are my downfall. I can count on gaining a few pounds before the end of the year.

Fortunately, I am currently only 20 pounds over what I weighed when I graduated high school. Although I want to get rid of it eventually, as long as I don't gain any more weight, then I can live with it.

Maybe what I need is another cruise! Believe it or not... I actually lost 5 pounds on the Hurricane Frances cruise. (I avoided the elevators and used the stairs. I tried to hit the fresh fruit bar on deck 9 for midday snacking. AND I was usually too full by the end of dinner to even consider having dessert.)

Ok I am loosing it. I know I posted a reply before 10am today about wanting to be a big looser and i don't see the posting.. .

I got hit with a whopping sinus infection Monday AM . you think with only 3 hrs sleep on SATURDAY night had anything to do with it and then driving 5 hrs to see my great DIS friends.. Personally, i blame CONNOR,,lol

I was down for the count, I go and work in DANIELS school for 3 hrs a day too.. and that does not help matters either.

I weighed in yesterday and had my Special K cereal( sorry CINDY, no strawberries). Darlene, tell STAN he is cheating on the weight lose and he has to STOP NOW..lol

Ok put me and MARTY/BOB down as LOOSERS.. we all know he is a PITA... now he wants to be a looser too... I am going for 50 lbs by 2006 , but 10 lbs increments. Marty wants to be down 20.

Joanna, yes, there is something purple for you in Bobby/Bobs car.
Smoothies can still be made the healthy way.. thats how I lost 30 lbs prior to the first cruise.

CINDY.. OMG a snickers.... I love those at Halloween time... Cindy are you eating enough? Try putting chicken in your saled with low fat salad dressing.

and remember only weigh in once a week... the same day and try the same time of day too.. plenty of water too. Hazel and Karen will agree to this.
You need a variety of foods too. 3 meals a day and no skipping!!!

MARTY/BOB got to meet MICHEAL WALTRIP today here in SYRACUSE at a new AUTO MALL. He is good looking. oohh la la....

Add me to the list of the sick DISers. My throat is killing me and I have swollen glands and a fever, too. I'm sipping another cup of tea here, and just took some Advil. After dinner I passed out on the couch and I felt worse when I woke up. I hope all of you are feeling better soon.

Ok, I know I borrowed 2 AA Batteries from someone at the Breakfast meet, and I forgot to return them at the end. I think it was Darlene?!? PM me with your address and I'll send you a pack of brand new ones!! Thanks again, because without the batteries I wouldn't have been able to take any pictures that day.

Also, thanks for Jaclyn for lending me 2 of her batteries out of her Walkman! I remembered to give them back to her before we left Carmen's house


I did pretty good on my diet today. But a few minutes ago DH Bob-John came back from his father's house with a huge canister of homemade chocolate chip, walnut, oatmeal, raisin cookies! I had to try just one! His dad is going to college for culinary arts and boy is he good!
