calling about a pin??

I've read several posts of people who have called to see if a PIN was attached to their name and found they had one. What number do you call, and do you just come right out and ask if there is a PIN attached to your name? Sorry! I'm new to this and desperately want to go during Thanksgiving week!

i have called twice to see about a pin for free dining in Nov, and both times i was told they do not look that up anymore.
come on DISNEY send me a dang code and we will come spend some more money this year!!!!!!!!!

I have called before and the CM have told me they dont do that. Then I called today and the CM checked and said there was nothing..Keep calling until you get someone who will check!

I just did this less than a week ago & they told me I had the Free Dining Pin up until Dec 17/09.
I just called the regular phone number. Not sure why some CM's would look it up and others would not.

I just called as well since I got the Visa 35% rates for fall but wanted to see if I had anything for December and she told me they don't have that info on our names anymore. Which sounded odd to me, cuz how else do they check to be sure you are using your own PIN and not someone else's? So, they must have them in the system, but some aren't willing to check.

I may call back to see if I get someone else. I just hate the Voice Response System now...just let me talk to a person for the Love of Mike!

Okay, I called back and this person at least SEEMED to check for me, but no codes. Bummer...I would really love a discount or free dining!!!

I called Monday because I was frustrated with the online mess of changing my email profile from moving. It never would take it. I got a very sweet CM who not only corrected the last CMs tech help of messing up our profile on the phone (which explained our problems) but there was a Free Dining code to boot. I asked her about the issue of not being able to look it up and she giggled and just said some ppl need to move on if they do not like helping people on the phone. I never got a yes or a no but she pulled one from somewhere for me. We called back yday and it worked fine. We booked Dec!

Can you already book for 2010? i want to go in May, but the website says you can't book yet. This is my first time to go to Disney, any chance they'll give me a pin?
