This could have to do with Disney's new policy where they cancel double-bookers.
I had my all my conf. #s and everything- all my ADRs were booked for months- and when I called to check on everything- my SCIFI ADR was missing. I gave them the conf# and she said - it had been cancelled- "By whom?" I asked. She said- "By you, of course." I told her that was a mistake. I did not cancel. She said it was completely overbooked so I was out of luck- I couldn't rebook. Then she said- "the good news is you have a reservation that same night at SCIFI at 7:00." She said my ressie had been cancelled when I made this new ADR at 7:00. But that is not my ADR! Now I was really confused. I did not make that ADR. Then she looked at it and it was a different person with the same last name. (unusual last name) UGH, frustrating. Now I am one TS ADR short for my trip and I my kids will be disappointed, especially my DS, who made this request. This was his special meal as DD gets CRT and our toddler gets the Playhouse Disney lunch. This was the one special thing for my 9 year old boy.
It really stinks that Disney implements a new policy and does not work out the bugs- and when they make a mistake that affects a guest they have no system in place to make it right. Just- sorry, too bad.
Oh well- life goes on.
