Called at 10 am and AP rates already sold out for the last 12 days in January for everything but WL and BC concierge level.

Do AP rates always go this quickly? this is my first time getting AP discounts.

In my experience some rooms open up the day after the deposits are due. Some people hold more than one reservation that free up when they don't make a deposit. I have been able to get an AP rate weeks later after them selling out initially even during spring break. Maybe I was just lucky but keep calling back. I will probably even call later today to check again on my first choice.

Did they check all 12 nts at once? When I called this a.m I had the same thing happen when he checked for 11 nts. When I asked the cm to check 10 days it was available. The rate has a 10 day max. stay so therefore will come up unavailable when they check more than 10. You could make 2 ressies to get the 12 nt total.
